Book Event: Dramatic Reading – Cum – Play | The Mystery of Three Quarters by Sophie Hannah hosted by Harper Collins India

Do you love books? Do you love imagining how the characters would actually look and sound like if the plot of the book came to reality?

Then look no further; for Harper Collins India is launching the newest mystery of Hercule Poirot – The Mystery of Three Quarters by Sophie Hannah to commemorate Agatha Christie’s birthday (15th Sept), a first-of-its-kind dramatized reading-cum-play for an Agatha Christie novel, at the Akshara Theatre (New Delhi).

The Mystery of Three Quarters by Sophie Hannah is the newest Hercule Poirot mystery – and I definitely enjoyed this beauty. You can read my review by clicking on the image below!

Harper Collins India recently did a book launch for this newest mystery in a unique way – they held a dramatized reading – cum – play of the book on the 16th of September 2018 at Akshara Theatre, New Delhi.

This was a wonderful way of introducing the book to a wider audience – and I definitely enjoyed Mr. Sunit Tandon’s portrayal of Hercule Poirot the best – he was emotive and his expressions were just on point for the play itself! It was a brilliant presentation; enough that my husband who really is the non – reader in our family; enjoyed himself! 😀

Here are a few snippets from the play –

We reached the play and this beautiful banner greeted us! ❤
Edward Catchpool Narrating the Incident of Hercule Poirot’s alleged Letter Writing!

The wonderful play where they even cast the family dog – Hopscotch; to be honest the very best surprise in the play!

Mr. Sunit Tandon did a wonderful job of imitating Hercule Poirot! I honestly adored his mannerisms, almost a perfect copy of what I had in mind as Hercule Poirot ❤

The wonderful director and narrator of the play in action! ❤

The best of Friends, Inspector Catchpool and Hercule Poirot discussing the intricate points of the case 😀
