Most of you might not have missed me, but I sure missed you peeps!
Bahaha I got married, to the love of my life – but here’s the glitch; I had no idea that being married entailed so much work!! Don’t get me wrong, I love being married, but with being the wife one of the best men I know (apart from my father) comes with a whole lot of work – new house, new responsibilities and new timteable 😛
But now that I am all shifted to my new house (EEEPP!!), I am ready and raring to get back to my bloggng world (if the Internet Gods allow for it, of course!)
I have some amazing books that I have read and I can’t wait to share with you peeps!! 😀 ❤
Till then, why don’t you hit me with your favorite reads for the past month! I can’t wait to hear about new books! 😀
2015 was such a beautiful year and mostly because that through this blog, I got the chance to move past my comfort zone and find new authors that I absolutely fell in love with!
So, here it is, the list of authors who have done nothing but make me fall in love with them – their characters, their stories and their writing style!! I hope that you have read some of these authors, but even if you haven’t, just know that every single book by any of the authors below, will always have my “Holds No Barred Recommendation!”
Do you miss Hogwarts? Do you miss travelling the Hogwarts express with Harry, Ron, Hermoine and the gang every year at September 1st?
Do you miss the excitement of knowing that the next instalment of Harry’s adventures during the school year? Do you miss Draco’s snarkiness, Snape’s snappy voice, Dumbledore’s twinkling blue eyes, Mcgonnagal’s wisdom, The Weasley Twin’s pranks??
Do you still go back to the Wizarding World, just to reminiscent about all the good times we have had together?
“At the dawn of time, there were 13 Houses in the Zodiac Galaxy. Now only 12 remain….
Rhoma Grace is a 16-year-old student from House Cancer with an unusual way of reading the stars. While her classmates use measurements to make accurate astrological predictions, Rho can’t solve for ‘x’ to save her life—so instead, she looks up at the night sky and makes up stories.
When a violent blast strikes the moons of Cancer, sending its ocean planet off-kilter and killing thousands of citizens—including its beloved Guardian—Rho is more surprised than anyone when she is named the House’s new leader. But, a true Cancerian who loves her home fiercely and will protect her people no matter what, Rho accepts.
Then, when more Houses fall victim to freak weather catastrophes, Rho starts seeing a pattern in the stars. She suspects Ophiuchus—the exiled 13th Guardian of Zodiac legend—has returned to exact his revenge across the Galaxy. Now Rho—along with Hysan Dax, a young envoy from House Libra, and Mathias, her guide and a member of her Royal Guard—must travel through the Zodiac to warn the other Guardians.
But who will believe anything this young novice says? Whom can Rho trust in a universe defined by differences? And how can she convince twelve worlds to unite as one Zodiac?”
A year ends. A year with one of the most ups and downs I have ever encountered in all of my life.
I am going to write down some of the most important things I am looking forward to (bookish and non – bookish), just so I can keep a track of what resolutions I have made [and what I can tick off ;)]
These resolutions aren’t airtight (If they were, I definitely would be adhering to them. The rebel in me doesn’t like to be tethered! :P) but mere suggestions. I am going to try my best to listen to them!!
