When It Was The Month of YA’s!! | November Favourite Reads <3

You know as the year end approaches; my reading speed somehow tends to slow down; which is exactly what happened with the month of November and the fact that I am currently in the midst of exams – something I haven’t given in 6 freaking long years – isn’t really helping my cause of reading either *face palm*

 I was only able to read a few books; but almost all of them were from the Young Adult genre; though I swear, it wasn’t really a conscious decision! But the books I loved this month were ones I so enjoyed; so if you are a fan of the Young Adult genre; then these books are ones, you definitely do NOT want to miss!

The Month Where Genres Didn’t Matter – Monthly Favourites of October <3

October has long been considered the spooky month of the year – so it would be natural to pick up some nice, spooky reads that would be perfect for the month; but when have I ever done anything that’s considered “normal”? *grins*

Also, remind me why did I believe it would be a good decision to start off studying for a whole new degree that, although maybe connected to my field of work, but is still new to me; WHILE I am also working? *facepalm*

Hence, the reason why I couldn’t read a whole lot of *physical* books this month (& before you say so; I don’t discriminate between physical and e-books; I just LOVE physical books more!)– and why the list of these favourites are all over the genre spectre! But I enjoyed all of them, nevertheless & I recommend them fully, if these are the books you love!

Just like always, PLEASE PLEASE do not hesitate to talk to about me your favourite reads of this past month – don’t listen to my overflowing TBR shelf; it can handle a lot more than it says it can 😉

Books That Awed Me In September – Adorable Favourites of September <3

Can you guys believe that it’s October already? And i am yet to reach the halfway mark of Goodreads goal (but that’s mostly to do with the fact that my lazy tush doesn’t really keep up with updating her read reviews on the site; on time *face palm*)

The month of September was a slow read month for me; not because I didn’t have time, I just didn’t have the enthusiasm to read this month; I don’t know why, but I didn’t yet I did manage to read some very interesting and diverse set of books!

I would also love to hear your recommendations from the books YOU read in September; and if they are graphic novels, then all the better for it! *grins*

THRILLING BOOKS THAT HAD ME IN NAIL BITING SUSPENSE IN AUGUST | Favourite Reads of August 2019 <3

August month, for me, when I look back now, can be termed as a “month of thrillers” – I binge read a whole new series, thanks to a readathon; read a violently melancholic thriller that didn’t let go of me and to temper such heavy reads, found myself falling for some hilarious wit repertoire in a romantic comedy series set in Victorian England.

While the quantity of my reading went down in the month of August; the quality of what I read exceeded my expectations – so you won’t find me complaining *grins*

BOOKS THAT MADE FOR AN INTRIGUING JULY – Favourites of the July 2019

This is the first time I have sat down to write a blog post about monthly favourites – so please forgive me if I seem a little awkward in the post 😃

July was honestly a good reading month for yours truly – I read about 17 books approximately from a diverse set of genres; but this list will tell you how singular my tastes have been across majority of the books that I have enjoyed reading in the month of July.

Now; please note: these books are not written in any order of favouritism – I have enjoyed all of them equally and for a variety of reasons.
