How does it feel to say goodbye to your favourite characters and series? 😬 βš”οΈFor me, it’s always a bittersweet feeling. I remember crying uncontrollably when Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows came out and I sat up late to read it! Yet I closed the book with a smile. Because we won, my people had a good life and I knew I could always visit them whenever I wanted! πŸ’• β€’ πŸ“– BOOK REVIEW - #FWMusings πŸ“– β€’ This year I said goodbye to one of my favourite series a a gothic historical mystery-thriller focused on the wonders of infamous killers in the history! CAPTURING THE DEVIL by @kerrimaniscalco was the last adventure of our very own Audrey Rose and Thomas Cresswell - and it was a twisted one! Not only do our protagonists find obstacles in their personal life, but their suspicions about a killer that they thought they caught in the first book, Stalking Jack The Ripper, is making his appearance again across the ocean! This is a conclusion I was actually content with - Audrey Rose really ends up shining in this book with her strength and her adherence to what she believes is right, even if it means letting the person, her person go and Thomas, oh Thomas takes my heart with him - with his open adulation and his blinding support of Audrey was a balm for my open wound of saying goodbye to these two brilliant and intelligent characters πŸ’• β€’ My Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.75 β€’ Full review is now live on the blog- link in bio ✨✨ β€’ #bookreview #stalkingjacktheripper #kerrimaniscaco #capturingthedevil #bookstagramindia #unitedbookstagram #bookstagram #bookreviewblog #bookworm #historicalmystery #bookstagrammer #bookfeatured #booknerd #readersofinstagram #bookreviewers #bookstagramfeature #bookfeaturepage #bookfeaturereads #mybookfeatures #bookishfeature #booksofinstagram #myedit #myphoto
Have you ever helped anyone in need? While you are passing them on the street? πŸ™ˆ βš”οΈ I travel alone 90% of the time in the city; and I am sad to say, I do not - not necessarily because I don’t want to, it’s because I can’t! With the conditions of my city, I honestly do not even think about actually getting out of my car once I am in it and I don’t think I am alone in this mentality! But yes, if I am with my husband, we do try and help where and when possible πŸ’“ β€’ BLUE MOON by Lee Child, the newest adventure of Jack Reacher, starts off with him helping an old man and finds himself inadvertently involved in what ends up to a mob war πŸ˜‚ This plot was strategy based - twists and turns with secondary characters that make the adventure intriguing to read! β€’ My Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ β€’ Full review is now live on the blog- link in bio πŸ’• β€’ Huge thanks to @penguinindia @reader_viddh for the #gifted copy for review 😍 β€’ #bookreview #bookstagram #bookstagramindia #unitedbookstagram

How hopeful are you that your life will go on the EXACT same path that you thought you would be on even a year ago!? 🧐 I don’t even know what I wanted this year to be like, last year - all I knew I wanted to be moving and hustling - my biggest fear of being stagnant, somehow is still not realised - for that I am always thankful πŸ₯° β€’ πŸ“– BOOK REVIEW - #FWMusings πŸ“– SCARS LIKE WINGS by Erin Stewart @erin_n_stewart is al about how seconds can change your life and how it takes efforts and struggles to conform to your new reality! Our protagonist, a burn victim along with her Uncle and Aunt, try her best, with a lot of tears, frustrations and screams find a β€œnormal” that they slowly become accustomed to! πŸ₯Ί This was a book that I gave me a wealth of emotions - I laughed, I cried and I sobbed all the way through & I was far richer for the experience πŸ’• β€’ My full review is now live on the blog - link in bio πŸ’• β€’ My Rating βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈπŸ’« β€’ Huge thanks to @simonandschusterin for having as part of the blog tour for this beautiful book πŸ€ β€’ #bookstagram #blogtour #scarslikewings #bookreview #erinstewart #simonandschusterindia #bookfeaturepage #bookfeatured #bookfeaturereads #mybookfeatures #bookishfeature #mybookishfeatures #bookstagramista #bookstagramindia #bookstagramista #myedit #myphoto
