Bloomsbury Bloggers Meet + Book Launch: Murder in Paharganj by Kulpreet Yadav

On the evening of 10.10.2017, yours truly and three other bloggers were invited to the office of Bloomsbury India for a meet and greet for the launch of the newest offering by the best-selling author Kulpreet Yadav – MURDER IN PAHARGANJ!

This was honestly one of the best experiences of my life; not only because I was with three brilliant people, Jasleen Kaur (check out her Blog | IG)Arjun Randhawa (check out his Blog | IGand Anukriti Malik (check out her Blog | IG) – three people who are not only amazing but are quite fun to talk to! Perfect people to enjoy this beautiful evening with!

We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Kulpreet Yadav and Ms. Leher Sethi – two amazing talented people for a Facebook Live launch of MURDER IN PAHARGANJ; it was not only fun but also informative, especially when we talked about Mr. Yadav’s writing process, his thoughts on his characters and his identification with his MC!

All the Bloggers with the lovely Ms. Leher Sethi and Mr. Kulpreet Yadav after the launch! ❤

And we had a Q&A session as well; and for the first time, as a reader I got to understand the kind of process an author goes through to write just one single book. It was an experience like no other!

You can check out the blurb of the book below, add it Goodreads and Buy it now on Amazon:

On a cold December morning, a white woman is found murdered in a cheap hotel in Paharganj, New Delhi. Vicks Menon, an out-of-work journalist, is tipped off by the hotel’s receptionist and is the first to arrive at the crime scene, where he discovers a lead. It’s the bus ticket used by the dead woman two days earlier. But Vicks is battling personal trouble. He has no money, an alcohol problem, and a nearly broken relationship with Tonya, his estranged live-in partner, a clinical psychologist who specializes in profiling hardened criminals.

Moving in and out of the shadows, Vicks pushes his investigation harder as it takes him from Udaipur to Bangkok. On his side, for resources, he has a nameless intelligence operative, and to read minds, a lover who is beginning to trust him again. But above all, his instinct to stay inches ahead of death will be the key to his survival.

If Vicks lives, this is one story that will change his life forever.
