Trevor and Reya were best friends; until they gave into the inevitable – but the timing went wrong. The feelings were there; but timing and circumstances were against them and they sadly drifted apart.
With Trevor’s reality show off to a banging start; he re-enters Reya’s life with the intention of winning her back. That shows right from the start! So enters the sneaky phase we all know Cross brothers for – he brings her on to his show for tour of Europe *grins*
Reya, on the other hand, unwilling to let an opportunity like this go; i\has no intention of letting Trevor back in again – been there, done that. What she wants is a tip to Europe, a chance to play her music and maybe just maybe get back the friendship she and Trev shared once before. But her heart has been broken once; and never really mended, so she is okay to keep Trev at a distance!
I have loved the Hearts Series with everything in me – every book brings something unique and exceptional to the table. Having a Parkour Reality Series as a backdrop for this one was unexpected and yet so typical of Ms. Cosway’s work!
Hearts on Air was an amalgamation of something unique in romances – you have two characters with a history yes, but you can actually see the character growth from before to the after. And it isn’t something to sneeze as either!
Reya is something I can relate on a cellular level – she is strong, confident yet with her POV you are able to see her issues and insecurities and how she never let them win when it came to her life.
I do wish we had gotten a look inside Trevor’s mind, not only in the past but in the current times – but that didn’t stop me from loving Reya and Trev together – a wonderfully enchanting couple; whose romance is one that the readers will definitely enjoy! ❤
