#5DaysofTBReadathon

Audri, the beautiful @bakedbookpages on Instagram and yours truly, got to talking and we decided that we do need a way to lessen our never ending humongous TBR pile (not that it would make a difference, because let’s face it, for every book we read, we add about 5 more to the pile (please say I am not alone in this!!).

So after a long discussion (that may or may not have involved weird hashtags) we came up with the idea of hosting a Readathon on Instagram πŸ™‚

Basically the idea behind this awesome sauce Readathon (totally unbiased opinion, trust me!) is that we will read as many books as possible within a short time frame. The idea is to read those short, simple books that usually get left behind in the quest to read those amaze balls trilogies or series that consume our time and souls.

This Readathon will be held from March 6 – March 10 (all times ones are included, no discrimination allowed :P) and we all will post our ambitious TBR pile on Instagram and Twitter, with the tag #5DaysofTBReadathon and tackle each book at a time πŸ˜€

My ambitious TBR Pile is as follows:Β

  1. Hansel and Gretel by Neil Gaiman

  2. The Sleeper and The Spindle by Neil Gaiman

  3. A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness

  4. The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman

  5. Coraline by Neil Gaiman

  6. Two Boys Kissing by David Levithan

  7. Nick & Norah’s Infinte Playlist by David Levithan and Rachel Cohn

  8. The Gilded Ashes by Rosamund Hodge (ebook)

  9. A Diamond In the Rough by Elisa Marie Hopkins (ebook)

  10. Elements of Chemistry: Attraction by Penny Reid (ARC ebook)

Understandably, I am psyched to tackle so many books in so little time. I have my snacks, my drinks and my ‘Keep Out’ sign all ready to go!!

Also, join us on GoodReads, if you can’t join us on Instagram, because we made a group there as well (click on the word GoodReads :P).

We already have a number bookworms joining us on this beautiful journey, I hope you will too!! ❀

Have an awesome reading, guys!! See you on the other side πŸ˜€
